CONTAINS 19 AMINO ACIDS
 

Including all 9 of the essential amino acids that must come from diet. Particularly rich in Lysine and Arginine.

  • Lysine - important to produce collagen, elastin, energy and immune function. Major part in protein synthesis, hormone and enzyme production. Helps with the absorption of calcium.

  • Arginine - contributes to wound healing. Helps kidneys remove waste products. Helps maintain immune and hormone function. Dilates and relaxes the arteries.

  • Tryptophan - a diet high in tryptophan seems to increase positive mood and lower anxiety.
